WHO WE ARE This Privacy Policy is issued by Ultiwise Ventures Private Limited ("Ultiwise", "we", "us"), the operator of the VenturaZ platform ("VenturaZ"), powered by CorpZo. Registered office: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy describes how we collect, use, share and protect personal data of founders, investors, admins and visitors. 2. DATA WE COLLECT (a) Identity & Contact — name, email, mobile, role, organisation, KYC / KYB documents. (b) Company Data — CIN, PAN, GSTIN, financials, cap-table, pitch decks, board resolutions and other diligence inputs voluntarily uploaded. (c) Behavioural — pages viewed, deals shortlisted, envelopes signed, queries asked, session metadata. (d) Device & Log — IP, user-agent, cookies, error and audit logs. (e) Public Registry Data — MCA / RoC data pulled via licensed vendors (including InstaFinancials). 3. WHY WE PROCESS IT (PURPOSES) To deliver the Platform, verify identity, run diligence, produce Trust Score and Passport, run matching, facilitate deal rooms, process payments, enforce security, satisfy legal obligations (KYC / AML / DPDPA / IT Rules), and improve the product. 4. LAWFUL BASES We rely on your consent (obtained at signup and via the cookie banner), the necessity of contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure, curated platform. 5. WITH WHOM WE SHARE Approved investors receive scoped views of a startup you have opted into. Assigned VenturaZ analysts and administrators view your data on a strict need-to-know basis. We share with sub-processors (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment gateway, KYC vendors, InstaFinancials) under contractual data-protection commitments. We do not sell your data. 6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS Some sub-processors may host data outside India. All such transfers are protected by contractual safeguards consistent with the DPDPA, 2023. 7. RETENTION We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law (typically 7 years for financial and audit records). You may request erasure earlier subject to legal retention obligations. 8. YOUR RIGHTS (DPDPA 2023) You have the right to (a) access, (b) correct, (c) update, (d) erase, (e) nominate a data principal representative, and (f) file a grievance. Requests: dpo@venturaz.com. We respond within statutory timelines. 9. SECURITY We use TLS, hashed passwords (bcrypt), role-based access, watermarked document downloads, and audit logs. No system is impenetrable — please use a strong unique password and enable browser session controls. 10.
