REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY — VenturaZ (operated by Ultiwise Ventures Private Limited, Noida) Last updated: February 2026 1. SCOPE This policy applies to all paid features on VenturaZ including Founder Premium, Investor Institutional tiers, Diligence-as-a-Service (DaaS) modules and packages, E-Sign envelope credits, and one-off analyst engagements. 2. SUBSCRIPTIONS (STARTUP / INVESTOR TIERS) Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable except where mandated by applicable law. You may cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation stops the next renewal but the current billing period continues to its scheduled end. No pro-rated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations. 3. DILIGENCE-AS-A-SERVICE (DAAS) DaaS deliverables are bespoke advisory work products. (a) BEFORE WORK STARTS: 100% refundable within 7 business days of raising the request. (b) AFTER WORK STARTS (status "in_progress"): Non-refundable, as analyst time and third-party costs have been committed. (c) DELIVERED (status "delivered"): Non-refundable. Investor-placed DaaS orders follow the same rules; tier discounts are applied at purchase and are not separately refundable. 4. E-SIGN, BULK NDA & TRANSACTIONAL CREDITS Credits are consumed at the moment of dispatch. Once an envelope is sent to signers or an NDA is generated, that credit is non-refundable. Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase. 5. SUCCESS FEE INVOICES Success-fee invoices raised on Deal Room closure are payable per the invoice terms and are not covered by this refund policy. Disputes on such invoices must be raised in writing within 15 days of receipt. 6. BILLING ERRORS If you believe you have been billed in error, write to billing@venturaz.com within 30 days of the charge. We investigate genuine errors and issue full refunds within 10 business days of confirmation. 7. REFUND METHOD Approved refunds are credited to the original payment instrument. Timelines depend on your issuing bank (typically 5-10 business days). 8. GRIEVANCES Grievance Officer: grievance@venturaz.com — resolved within 15 days per DPDPA 2023 and the IT Rules, 2021. 9.
